USAerospace Associates LLC and the liquidator of WOW Air’s liquidation company have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the company from the assets of the WOW brand. USAerospace is an American holding company specializing in the aviation sector. Within the company, extensive knowledge and experience in aerospace operations, maintenance and repair services, modification and renovation of aircraft interiors and equipment.
According to Michele Ballarin, president of USAerospace Associates, at a press conference in Reykjavik, the company will have a US operation license and headquarters at Washington Dulles International Airport with facilities at Keflavik Airport and an office in Reykjavík.
WOW will begin low-cost operations to the United States and Europe next October, with the first scheduled flight from Washington Dulles Airport to Keflavik Airport.
